Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

It was found that in an alkaline medium of pH 10.5, the chemiluminescence emitted by the reaction between potassium thiocyanate and luminol is sensitized by the presence of glutamic acid, and that the magnitude of enhanced sensitivity keeps a linear relationship with the concentration of glutamic acid in the range of 0.01~1.0μg·ml~(-1). Based on these facts and in combination with the flow-injection technique, a new FI-chemiluminescence method for the determination of glutamic acid is proposed, and the FI-manifold is also designed and fabricated. By this installation, glutamic acid in leather scraps is determined rapidly and simply, giving a detection limit of 0.01μg·ml~(-1) and sampling frequency of 190 sample per hour. RSD′s found by 10 successive determination of glutamic acid at the concentration level of 5μg·ml~(-1) is 1.2%. The results obtained by this installation checked very well with those obtained by the amino-acid determinator.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
