Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the role of cognitive nursing intervention in cognitive impairment caused by DEACMP. Methods 60 DEACMP patients in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into cognitive nursing group and conventional treatment group, each group had 30 cases. The two groups were both given conventional treatment and rehabilitation, the patients in the cognitive nursing group were given one to one cognitive training for 8 weeks. Results After the treatment, each subproject of MOCA Scale was significantly increased compared with before the treatment(P 0.05). MOCA Scale of the cognitive nursing group was significantly increased compared with the conventional treatment group(P 0.05). Conclusion Giving DEACMP patients cognitive nursing intervention has an important role in improving cognitiv function.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
