Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

By means of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, perioxidase isozyme(POD)and esterase isozyme(EST)in male sterile line and its backcross progenies of Alfalfa were analyed. The results showed that, (1) The POD isozyme bands number of leaves of male sterile line and its backcross progenies in Alfalfa at budding period and flowering period are more than that at turning green period, the isozyme activity at turning green period is higher than that at budding period and flowering period. And the change law in the isozyme activity of EST is the same as that of POD. (2) At the different developing period of flowers, the isozyme activity of EST at green bud period is highest. The EST isozyme bands number of flowers is more than that of leaves, and the isozyme activity of EST of flowers that have bloomed are highest. The F,and BC, sterile plants have the characteristic POD and EST isozymes bands in MS-4. (3) The pattern of POD and EST isozymes of the sterile plants that were selected from backcross progenies is obviously similar to recurrent parent MS-4, which showed that some qualities of MS-4 has further appeared in backcross progenies. Therefore,we can identify that the sterility of MS-4 can inherit.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
