Abstract
The mature seed abscission character and morphological indexes of Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla Mak.in Shandong yiyuan were studied in this study.The result showed that:totally 1109 abscission seed were collected from Sep.5 th to Oct.10 th,and the average amount of abscission seed in one day was 48.The period of seed abscission could be divided into three stages obviously:earlier stage,middle stage,and later stage.The seed weight of Sep.16 th was 6.24 g,the given nut rate of Sep.22 nd was 35.57%,the given kernel rate of Oct.5 th was 64.17%.This study had a importance significance in exploring the process of physiological development.
