Abstract
Baley ribosome-inactivating protein(B-RIP) and trichosanthin(TCS) can resist many kinds of virus.In this study,a bivalent plant expression vector pABTR is constructed,including rip gene and tcs gene which were controlled by 2×CaMV35S promoters respectively.The selectable marker was NPTII gene.Then the recombination plasmid was introduced into A.tumefaciens LBA4404 by tri-parental conjugation and direct entering ways.
