Abstract
Au txavers de recherches empiriques sur la strategie du reseau d'un groupe francos et par l'approche de la theorie d'integration verticale et celle de jeu,quelques propositions s'en sont ainsi faites : (1) amenagement s'effectue en fonction de la prise en compte du marche chinois imparfait a cause de son immaturite et au travers de l'integration verticale, du rapport entre les membres et de la mise en service de la strategie sur le reseau;(2) la mise en application de la strategie d'integration verticale se doit d'etre completee par la techinque de controle sur les distributeurs ainsi que par le support technique a l'exploitation;(3)Ainsi s'est-elle realisee la procedure des pouvoirs comme ceux de recompense,de coertion, d'expertise, de reference et de legitimite;(4)la mise en valeur de fonction de service des pouvoirs.
