A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial on Acupuncture with Warmed Lu's Silver Needle in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Object: To evaluate the effects of acupuncture with warmed Lu's silver needle on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods: Two hundred patients with KOA were randomly divided into treating group and control group,100 cases in each group. The patients in treating group were treated with acupuncture with warmed Lu's silver needle on Neixiyan(ST35) and Waixiyan(EX-L5) acupoints, once every 2 weeks. Those in control group were treated with acupuncture with warmed stainless steel needle on the same acupoints, twice a week. The scales of knee joint pain, stiffness and daily activity inhibition were observed before and after treatment with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities' Osteoarthritis Scale(WOMAC).Results: The scales of knee joint pain, stiffness and daily activity inhibition after treatment were lower than before treatment. The scales of treating group were lower than those of control group after treatment(P 0.01).Conclusion: The acupuncture with warmed Lu's Silver needle is effective on KOA.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
