It is a complex and systematic project to reform the environment of old residential quarters. A designing idea of One greenery circle surrounds six blocks and the greenery land in this residential districts distributes evenly was put forward in this paper based on the principle of All the designing and provisions are just for people' better living.Requirements for the residents in their daily lives were better satisfied and a specific landscape effect was obtained through the design. Some design ways to create specific landscape in older residential quarters according to the present conditions were discussed
