The microstructures and tensile property at room temperature of 15% SiCp/Al alloy matrix composites after isothermal deformation were studied in this paper.The results show that the microstructures of 15%SiCp/Al alloy matrix composites do not change remarkable after the isothermal deformation.The distribution of SiC particles appears local clusters when the deformation velocity increases.Whereas the tensile strength enhances with the increase of deforming degree,decreases with the increase of the deforming temperature and the deformation velocity.The deformation times has only slight effect on tensile properties.
