RESEARCHES INTO THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE FARMLAND IN TUMOTEZUO BANNER, INNER MONGOLIA

Abstract
In order to lay a foundation of the unified land market in the city and the countryside, we evaleuated the quality of arable land in Tumotezuo Banner by means of factor in the process of the farmland classification. First of all, the Banner is divided into two index quarters, i.e. Mt. Daqingshan index quarter and the plain index quarter. Then we introduced Delphis method to set up the index system for the classification. Finally we measured and calculated the rank index of the farmland unit by computing the total marks of evaluation units and by using the index of natural quality, the quarter parameter of land use and the quarter parameter of land economy.
