Abstract
Aiming at the lessons from blackout in U.S. and Canada and combining the actual situation of Zhejiang Electric Power Grid,detailed countermeasures were put forward in the following 8 aspects for Zhejiang Electric Power Grid safety production work:dispatching management,power grid structure and power supply construction,technical measures,prefiled accident treatment and black start plans,relay protection and automatic security equipment arrangement,staff quality improvement and equipment management enhancement.Further effort on Demand Side Management was also included.
