Abstract
Seed morphology and structure of C. deserticola was comparative studied by using anatomy,microscopic observation and measurement method in this paper. The morphological change of the kernels before and after stratification were analyzed. Results showed that glossiness of the C. deserticola seeds reduced ,the lengths and widths of the kernels increased significantly after cold stratification for 3 months. It was concluded that stratification could induce after-ripening and remove dormancy effectively.
