Abstract
To explore the effects of the X-ray with different dosages on the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Na+-K+ATP enzyme and the expression of Caspase-3protein and Bax protein of mouse kidney tissue,96mice(Mus musculus)are irradiated with different dosages(0,1,3,5Gy)of X-ray.At 5, 10,15,20dafter irradiation,changes of the activity of LDH and Na+-K+ATP enzyme of mouse kidney tissue are examined by colorimetric method and the changes of the expression of Caspase-3protein and Bax protein of mouse kidney tissue are examined by immunohistochemical staining.The result showed the activity of LDH increased to different degrees,but the activity of Na+-K+ATP enzyme significantly decreased, both of the Caspase-3protein and Bax protein expression level increased.X-ray radiation could cause obvious injury to the tissue structure and function of kidney.
