Abstract
The test of low temperature treated to PTGMS Line C815S in rice demonstrated that the best breeding condition of C815S in long photoperiod was irrigating with 20.5℃ to 22.0℃cold water for 15d,and the suitable depth of cold water was 18cm to 22cm.Under the condition,the seed setting rate of reproduction could reach the normal level,and gain high yield.At Lingshui Hainan,if the fertility sensitive stage was scheduled before Feb.5,the security coefficiency would be more than 90%,and if the fertility sensitive stage was scheduled between Feb.6 and Feb.13,the security coefficiency would be nearly 80%.The method of winter breeding of C815S in Hainan province combining with string irrigation with cold water was put forward,which was the important technical approach for reducing the risk of reproduction of low temperature sensitive genetic male sterility line in rice.
