Abstract
This paper mainly studies the method of extracting DNA from the single seed,1/2 seed with embryo and 1/2 seed without embryo of wheat without liquid N_2.The result indicates the high quality DNAs can be obtained from above different partitions and the same SCAR-PCR products can be observed using them as templet.Particularly,DNA extracted from 1/2 seed without embryo of wheat is suited to screen target DNAs from earlier offspring of wheat by SCAR-PCR.
