In this paper, the regional economic geography thought as the main line, around the two core topic ofspace andelementsof the Regional Economic Geograghy. In this paper the author mainly analyzed the context of urbanization, the relevant Regional Economic Geograghy thought of urbanization, three basis points(the process of urbanization, pattern and mechanism) in China, and urbanization development regional response and regulation of understanding, on the basis of summarizing the related research methods and theory home and abroad, and finally summarized the framework of urbanization theoretical research based on Regional Economic Geography in China.
