It should pay attention to the dispersed power supply characterized by its green environmental protection, while focusing ongoing mode of “large ge nerating unit, high voltage and big electricity grid”. More and more facts show that this will be the developing trend of power industry in the 21st century. I t should integrate the dispersed power source into the national economy sustaina ble development, while formulating strategy and long-term planning of power ind ustry development in China.
