Abstract
In the use of MS medium under sterile conditions made Halenia Elliptica D.Don seed germination,and to observe the light,activated carbon,6-BA hormone,seed preliminary treatment and the different disinfection methods for seed germination rate.Experimental results showed the impact on the germination rate of light only in the absence of active carbon without 6-BA in the context was significant.The effect of activated carbon in any case to the germinating capacity was no significant impact;6-BA in no light condition had significant role to the germinating capacity,and it wasn't also influenced by activated carbon.of all preliminary treatment,stratification can significantly improve the germinating capacity.
