Detection and Genetic Characterization of Porcine Corcine Circovirus(PCV-2) from Pigs with Postweaning Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome in Mid-east of China
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Ninety-nine pigs with postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome from 65 pig farms in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provine, were investigated to detect the type 2 porcine circovirus(PCV-2) in their lungs and lymph nodes. The results showed that 21 samples of 18 pig farms contained PCV-2 gene. To determine the extent of genetic heterogeneity of PCV-2 isolates, the partia ORF of two PCV-2 isolates from different province were amplified by PCR and sequenced. The results indicated that they had 92%-99% similarity with others isolated from other countries. The two isolates vary, to some extent, in their genomic sequence, AHHF6 isolate is closely related to the Korea isolate KSY-1, and SHHT1 isolate is similar to the Canadian isolate imp. It showed that the viruses existed wildly in our country and might be original from different geographic regions.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
