Abstract
With economic development,the type and quantity of the dangerous goods are in huge growth,and management and regulation of the transport of dangerous goods become increasingly important. The existing problems in the transport management of dangerous goods are analysed,such as imperfect laws and regulations,unprofessional law enforcement process,limited professional qualifications of employees and so on. Based on the advanced experience of developed countries,such as USA,Canada,Germany and Japan,the suggestions with segard to improving integrity,scientific and operability of the laws and regulations on the road transport management of dangerous goods are presented. Some effective measures about training and professional qualifications management of employees and law enforcement personnel are also suggested.
