Abstract
Russian wildrye grass(Psathyrostachys juncea) is an important forage forage grass and ecological construction species,In order to establish efficient explant seed for regeneration system,the study research on different hormones,culture medium for new additives prewetting mature embryo callus induction and plant regeneration.The result showed that exogenous hormones regulated inhibition through the embryo callus germination,promote formation is the key to induce mature embryo callus,in this process,2,4-D and ABA played an important role,And 6-BA had a significant influence to form embryogenic callus and differentiation in subculture.
