Abstract
An integral part of world literature,Canadian literature is one of the important sections of foreign literature studies in which Chinese scholars are engaged.This essay reviews the developing process of Canadian literature studies in China,with an emphasis on the current situation and achievements in the teaching and research of Canadian literature in Inner Mongolia.Furthermore,the essay puts forward effective and constructive suggestions to promote its further development in Inner Mongolia,and hopefully,in China as a whole.
