Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The mechanism of electroless nickel plating is reviewed. The activation method (activation and sensitization of two or one step, palladium ion activation) and the process of electroless nickel plating on surface of carbon fibers are introduced. The development, the latest research and the application of electroless nickel plating of organic precursor carbon fibers, vapor grown carbon fibers and carbon nanotubes are discussed in detail. Additionally, the existing issues about electroless nickel plating on surface of carbon fibers in relevant fields and future research trend are summarized. The electroless nickel plating process can improve the character of the surface of carbon fiber and extend their field of application and is a very promising modification method.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
