Abstract
In 2004,Canada commenced several anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary research against China.It is imperative for China to adopt anti-dumping,anti-subsidiary measures to regulate international trade order and to protect the security of domestic industry.But,comparing to anti-dumping,anti-subsidiary is still a new concept for many Chinese people.It's of great importance to strengthen the research on this area.This Article researched on the legal problems concerning anti-subsidiary,and proposed several suggestions on them.
