Abstract

This experiment used different Nickel concentrations treating sprouted seeds,and conducted the contents of SOD、POD and MDA in the plumular axis of C3 plant:soybean and the coleoptile of C4 plant :maize by Nickel ion treatment.The results showed that with the increase of the density of Nickel ion,in these two materials,the activities of SOD and POD increased,later decreased.It was the same with the content of MDA in the plumular axis of soybean,but MDA in the coleoptile of maize was gradually increasing.Comparised with soybean,the activities of SOD、POD and content of MDA were lower and changed small in maize,which showed stronger hardiness under Nickel stress.
