Abstract
OBJECTIVE To detect and analyse sanitation and problems of commercial bottled drinking water of Zhengzhou city in 2009 and to provide reference for strengthening supervision of hygiene.METHODS 1 124 samples from market were taken randomly and sensory,animalcule,physical and chemical indexes were detected according to national standards(GB17324-2004,GB/T8538-2008,GB17323-1998 and GB/T4789.21-2003).RESULTS The total qualified rate of 1 124 samples was 74.0%.Qualified rates of the first,second,third and fourth quarter were 83.1%,57.6%,64.8% and 87.9% respectively and there were significant differences among qualified rates of 4 quarters(χ2 was 60.2,P﹤0.01).Qualified rates of the second and third quarter(summer and autumn)were lower than that of the first and forth quarter(spring and winter)and there were significant differences(χ2 was 54.2,P﹤0.01).Qualified rates of sensory characteristics index was 100%.Qualified rates of the total numbers of colony and coli group in animalcule index were 58.6% and 62.1% respectively.Qualified rates of nitrite and consumption of potassium permanganate were 98.0% and 98.9% respectively.Lead,arsenic and copper were not detected.Qualified rate of electrical conductivity of purified water was 97.6%.Qualified rates of purified water and mineral water were 65.0% and 86.50% respectively and there was significant difference between the two drink water(χ2 was 29.4,P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Commercial bottled drinking water has lots of problems and qualified rates of the total numbers of colony and coli group are lower.
