Observation of edaravone and Xingnaojing injection in treatment of patients with acute intra-cerebral hemorrhage
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of senile acute cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods According to standard diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage,98 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group, the control group on the basis of conventional therapy, given edaravone, the observation group were given edaravone,Xingnaojing injection treatment. The 2 groups were treated for 14 d,neurologic function deficit score(NIHSS),the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),activities of daily living(ADL) score of the 2 groups were assessed, the detection of levels of inflammatory factors of TNF-alpha,IL-1,IL-6 were recorded, and observed the clinical curative effect. Results Compared with those of before treatment, after treatment 2 groups' NIHSS,MoCA and ADL score were significantly improved(P0.05),the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05);compared with before treatment, after treatment 2 groups' plasma levels of inflammatory factor were significantly reduced(P 0.05),and the observation group 7 daus.14 days after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).In observation group, the cure rate was 53.1%,the total efficiency was 95.9%,significantly higher than those of control group of 28.6%and 75.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute intra-cerebral hemorrhage, and it is worth for clinical promotion.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
