Practicing the concept ofstudent success supportin Fanshawe college of Canada means that in the student work,it is necessary to establish the student-oriented education thought,respect students’rights in option,decision-mak ing and development and promote students’integrated development.The success of launching the theory attributes to its thinking guidelines,institutional guarantee,executive system,performance evaluation and centralized leadership.Therefore,the thorough implementation of the student-oriented concept in Chinese colleges depends on the consummate service insti tutions,perfect service organizations,specialization team work and uniform leadership,which guarantee concept’s continual operability both at the level of theory and practice.
