Abstract
Taking Pinus yunnanensis one year seedlings as test material,the Effects on physiological characteristics of different matrix and hormone treatments on Pinus yunnanensis seedlings were studied,Results indicated that the chlorophyll concentration and content、soluble sugar content、Proline and MDA of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with different hormone treatment in the red clay+humus+cinders matrix processing were higher than the red clay;Taking the red clay and red clay+humus+cinders matrix as a substrate respectively,the chlorophyll concentration and content、soluble sugar content、POD and SOD activity、Proline and MDA of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with different hormone treatments also showed corresponding changes.
