Abstract
College students are the power of national future construction and economic development,and college students' physical health status should get the whole social concern.Healthy bodies cannot leave abundant and balanced nutrition.The increase of college students' physical quality and the enhancement of body cannot leave the education of college nutrition knowledge and the popularization of health knowledge.At present the physical quality status of students inside colleges is not optimistic.Compared with those of students in Canada and Japan,students' each index is lower from the testing result.The main reason is college students' lack of nutrition knowledge,bad diet habit and unreasonable diet structure.Therefore,it is necessary to set up food nutrition and health as public curriculum in higher vocational colleges,worth of discussing to make perfect.
