No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) is the most common chronic complication of diabetes, the incidence rate is as high as 60%. The latest foreign diagnostic criteria of DPN is made by the Toronto diabetic neuropathy experts group in 2010, and domestic diagnostic criteria has not been formally introduced, but a variety of scoring criteria are used for the evaluation of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The ways of western medicine in treating DPN include the general blood glucose control, treatment for pathogenesis and the symptomatic treatment. The methods of Chinese medicine in treating DPN include the syndrome differentiation with traditional Chinese medicine, external treatment and acupuncture treatment, etc.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
