The conventional development strategy of minority education in our country is pursuing the Han nationality pattern,In the new situation of developing western China,rejuvenating our country through science and education,and sustainable development,the conventional development strategy of minority education in our country has begun to change towards drop-frog development strategy that centers on“humane perspective and characteristic development”in the new situations.Preferred development of minority education,the development of the talented in minority areas,characteristic development of minority education,and some revelent policies are the guarantee of drop-frog development strategy.
