Abstract
By the world financial crisis,starting from the second half of 2008 economic slowdown in Heilongjiang Province this year,a quarter of the bottom. The first three quarters of this year,at the national policy of expanding domestic demand stimulation,Heilongjiang Province,to stabilize the economy rebounded,but the economy still exist in the decline in exports,lower prices and other issues,the downside pressures still exist,the basis for sustained economic recovery has yet to be consolidation. Outlook 2010,the state will continue to implement the proactive fiscal policy and loose monetary policy appropriately,with the gradual release of policy effects,domestic demand stimulating effect on the economy will remain very strong,In addition,as the world economic recovery,Heilongjiang provincial foreign trade situation will gradually improve,in the investment,consumption,exports, This troika of working together,in Heilongjiang Province in 2010 the economy will enter a full recovery channel.
