Abstract
In our country, the government began to withdraw or reduce the investment to the early childhood education from the 80s of the last century. The qualified kindergartens were leased or sold out for reason that the childhood education is not obligated education and should be socialized. But does this mean that the local government should reduce the investment to the childhood education?The thesis analyzes the property of the childhood education from the economics, and it raises a viewpoint that the early childhood education, as a kind of would-be public product, only has to be applied and supported by both the government and the market, and this kind of method would be the most effective; therefore, the government is solely answerable for the assistance of the childhood education.
