Abstract
With the high oil maize 115 as control to analyze the kernel and endosperm cells growing during the grain filling.The result showed that the active grain filling period and the exponential growth phase were shorter,and the endosperm cells of micro endospermsuper high oil maize were less.The difference of maize dry kernel weight were effected mainly by endosperm cell number and grain filling duration to common maize.But for the micro-endosperm super high oil maize,the variation of dry kernel weight was not effected mainly by endosperm cell number and grain filling duration,it might have another more important reason need to further study.
