The development of trade facilitation was not the only focused by the World Customs Organization and World Trade Organization,but also has been extending to wider field and deeper level.The distinctive features of contemporary process of international trade facilitation might be summarized as diversity of stipulators,extension of subject matters,and high level of specialization,technicalization of trade facilitation rules.
