Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the applied value of detection of the parathyroid hormone (PTH)on early diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment in secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) patients with chronic hemodialysis. Methods A total of 84 patients suffered from long-term hemodialysis were divided into calcium treatment group and non-calcium treatment group. 30 patients with normal kidney function served as control group. The levels of serum PTH,calcium, phosphorus, urea nitrogen and creatinine were measured. Results The level of serum PTH and phosphorus of the patients in calcium treatment group was lower than those in non-calcium treatment group (P0. 05). serum calcium level had no difference between in the two groups (P0. 05). The level of serum PTH of hemodialysis patients was positive correlation with urea nil rogen, creatinine and phosphorus, was higher than those in control group significantly. Conclusion The detection of PTH has important role in early diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment in SHPT patients with chronic hemodialysis and could decrease morbidity rate of hyperparathyroidism.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
