Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of using oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment disorder of convalescent patients with cerebral infarct.Methods 82 patients were divided randomly into a treatment group(42 cases)and a control group(40 cases).The treatment group underwent therapy of oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection.And the control group received conventional therapy.The patients' status of pretherapy and post-therapy were assessed by Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) and MoCA.Results The scores of MMSE and MoCA in the treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection can be used to improve the cognitive function of the convalescent patients with cerebral infarct.
