In terms of the university security system of Europe and the United States, the representatives are the United States,Britain,Canada and Sweden. The British universities' security system mainly includes three modes: stationing in school, the university security mode specifically warranted by law,and the outsourced security;the United States takes campus as the dominant mode;the universities' security system of Canada uses the campus community policing mode;the university security system in Sweden shows the administration and socialization characterristics. As to the Asian area, the representatives are Japan and Singapore.Japan takes youth police security mode as the dominant form;while in Singapore university security mainly includes: Office of Safety、Health Environment(OSHE) and Office of Campus Security(OCS) as well as Outsourced Security. The security system of overseas universities has important enlightenment for our constructing the university security system in a new era.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
