Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Canadian police service mainly followed the way of Britain.Federal police is just imperial cavalry. Most provinces and cities have their own police. They are not under the command of imperial cavalry.Great emphasis is put on setting up effective and strict command system in Canada, especially on drawing up crisis evaluation and precaution plan in solving group events. We learn a lot from Canadian police service:we should deepen the understanding to group events, set up and perfect the system of taking precaution against and solving group events, conduct crisis evaluation and draw up precaution plan scientifically for group events, highlight the specialization and speciality. The application of tactics in solving group events should be regulated and practical, make good use of the advantage of having good mass basis, draw up”handling way on emergency”as soon as possible, and provide legal basis and legal means for solving group events.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
