Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective The aim of this study was to observe the changed of cognitive function after carotid artery stcnosis been removed. Methods 32 patients with carotid artery stenosis were examined by MOCA to observe the changes of their cognitive function, before stent placement surgery, two weeks after the surgery, three month after the surgery,half-year after the surgery. Results Before the surgery,MOCA score did differ statistically between test group and control group(P0.05).Six months after the surgery,MOCA score did not differ statistically between test group and control group(P0.05).In the test group, scores of normal cases(MOCA score before surgery26)increased,but no significant statistical difference(P0.05);In the same group, the scores of abnormal cases(MOCA score before surgery≤26)did not changed after 2 weeks, but the increase of score did differ statistically after 3months,especial after 6 months(P0.05).Conclusion Blood flow in cerebral increased after the lifting of carotid stenosis, lead to reduction of lacunars infarction, then cognitive function of patients was improved.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
