Abstract
An ASIC design is introduced in this paper which is applied into the field of information security . This design is not based on application but function module. The function module can be called by application software of high level that is same as the standard application function with the selectable USB or parallel FIFO integrated into this chip. The crypto module of hardware can substitute that of software in the application software that can improve the system security and raise the encrypt/decrypt rate.
