Hot stamping is a new technology of the ultra high strength steel pressure forming. During the hot stamping metal sheet after heating, insulation homogeneous austenitizing, quenching and cooling while stamping, the technology process of the material microstructure enhanced by the phase change was discussed. The effects of heating temperature, heat preservation time, cooling rate, pressure keeping time and stamping speed on hot forming process and parts quality were mainly analyzed. The selection methods of several major process parameters were introduced. This has certain guiding significances for application of hot stamping technology.
