Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effects of the telephone visit combined with healthy lecture to the diabets related knowledge cognition, obeying the doctor advice and the curative efficacy for finding out the diabetic health education model.Methods:280 cases type II diabetes were divided into the experimental group and the control group stochastically. The experimental group received the telephone visit after being out of hospital in a month twice a week, in three months once every week,in three years once every month telephone visit. All 280 patients in each quarter focused to participate the healthy lecture, simultaneously accipted the questionnaire survey. Results:In the experimental group, diabetes knowledge's cognition, obeying the doctor advice and various indicators control were better than those in the control group (P0.005 and P0.001). Conclusion:The telephone visit combined with healthy lecture is possible to enhance the patient's to diabetic understanding, improve obeying the doctor advice, postpone and reduce complication occurrence, which is an effective health education method.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
