Abstract
The honey antidumping case has last about 14 years. Shanghai Eswell Enterprise Co., Ltd. objects U.S. Department’s final results of the second administrative review regarding the surrogate domestic price and brings the suit before the United States Court of International Trade. The author briefly introduces the facts of the case, then focusing on the arguments of the plaintiffs and the defendant, as well as analyzing the court’s decisions. At the end of the article, the author makes some comments on the legal merits of this case.
