Abstract
According to the problems existed in real estate development and residential quarter planning and design the principle to regard human being as the basis is proposed for residential quarter planning. Author points out planning and design should analyzes the different requirements of residents to meet the increasing demands on dwelling environment and pay more attentions on residents.
