Abstract
A kind of automated toll charging system based on computer vision is introduced.The system consists of sensor,image sampling device,car license plate recognition and toll charging software.When sensor detects cars,the system sends signals to image sampling device which gets the image of car lincese plate.Then the image is processed by recognition software so that the license number is recognized.Thus toll is charged automatically by the system.
