Abstract
The climatic change characteristics of the Heihe river basin were analyzed using the temperature and the precipitation data in the last 50 years of the typical meteorological station.During the last 50 years, the climate of the Heihe river basin changed significantly;the temperature and the rainfall increased.Especially, the rate of temperature rise was much higher than the average level of the Northern Hemisphere. The increase of precipitation was not as obvious as the rate of temperature rise, but the trend was still increasing. On the basis of the analysis above, the impacts of climate change on the hydrology and the water resources in the Heihe river basin were studied.According to the characteristics of climate change,we also analyzed the mutuality of the climate factors and the runoff change. The results showed that mutuality rate of precipitation and runoff was 0.393,mutuality rate of temperature and runoff was 1.46.So the relation between precipitation and temperature was positively mutual. At last such a conclusion that runoff collectivity trend in wave increased slowly in the last 50 years and the runoff will slowly increase in the future 10 years was made.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
