Abstract

Based on two databases, Tsinghua Tongfang's CJFD (title) and China Patent Information Database, this paper has shown the distributions of China's nanotechnology papers and patents by topic, which draw the outline of the nanotechnology field where Chinese scientists have been exploring over the past decade. The hot topics and weaknesses of Chinese nanotechnology study are analyzed. The method we used is frequency analysis of keywo rds. The definition of nanotechnology research in this study is derived from 79 keyw ords provided by the National Research Council of Canada.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.
