The allelopathy of Pinus massoniana L.on the seed germination and physiology activities of Masson Pine seedling was studied,using the biological identification method with litter extract solution.The results showed that the effects on each germination index,chlorophyll content and nitrogen and phosphorus absorption,the Pinus massoniana L.presented a trend of promotion in high concentration and an inhibition in low concentration.The cell membrane permeability and potassium absorption were increased with different concentrations of Pinus massoniana L.While the effects on photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate the Pinus massoniana L.presented a trend of promotion in low concentration and inhibition in high concentration.
